3. Estimates, Work Authorization & Payments

Estimates provided online or in person are non-binding evaluations until a formal written Repair Order & Authorization is signed. Work begins only upon customer authorization or written insurance approval. Payment in full is due upon vehicle completion unless alternative billing or insurance arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4. Customer Communications & SMS Messaging

4.1 Service Updates & Alerts

Customers opting in to receive SMS or email updates may receive conversational notifications regarding estimate status, repair progress, or completion alerts.

4.2 Message Rates & Opt-Out

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any text notification or contacting customer service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Alpha Performance Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or service delays caused by parts availability, weather, or third-party insurance approvals.
